Try the following first.
If you use Ruut web platform, please:
- Refresh the page;
- Clear your browser cookies/cache;
- Switch to another browser or device.
If you use Ruut app platform, please:
- Relaunch the App → Fully close the app and open it again.
- Verify Your Internet Connection → Make sure you're connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
- Update the App → Check that you're running the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart Your Device → A quick restart often clears up performance hiccups.

- Your device model and operating system;
- The current app version/browser;
- A brief description of the issue or any error messages;
- A screenshot or video illustrating the problem.
