Didn't expect your subscription to renew? Here's what to do.

If you weren't expecting your subscription to renew, the first step is to check your renewal date. By default, Ruut subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. 

To review your plan, head to the Membership section of the app, where you'll find the renewal date along with your current subscription status. You can also refer back to the confirmation and welcome email you received when you first subscribed.
